The mornings are changing dramatically, in routine as well as visual quality as September has been marching on. School has started again, and that brings earlier mornings interacting with the world, and a commute that forces a change in view and relationships to the world around me.
I have been arriving with the kids very early at the school and that has given us time to watch the golden morning sunlight drench the landscapes of Mallorca. The stone used on typical rural and semi-rural out buildings along with the dry earth almost glows under the morning sun.

I’ve had a little time to look out the window of the train on my commute. The multiple levels of distance have really caught my attention and imagination. I almost get the sense of watching a miniature with different distance objects all moving at different rates.
